We are a private, medically supervised skin clinic set within the Sandringham Estate. Established over 37 years ago, our origins have been rooted in caring for the Royal Family, specifically Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Today, we offer bespoke skin treatments with discretion, trust and personal care, perfected quietly over time.
Neen has 37 years’ experience in laser and advanced aesthetics. Originally trained as a Physio, she has extensive postgraduate training in skin health and laser therapy, including advanced study in Harley St London and Los Angeles.
Dr Penny is a locally based GP with over 15 years’ experience in medical aesthetics. Practising in North Norfolk, she provides Botox, every kind of dermal fillers and injectable treatments with a focus on safety, subtle enhancement and individually tailored results.
All treatments are delivered under the supervision of medically qualified professionals. Although laser clinics are no longer regulated by the CQC, we were established during a time when CQC governance was mandatory and we continue to operate to those exacting standards today.

Appointments are booked directly with the clinic. Please phone 07766 476354 and leave a message. We do not operate a reception desk, so all messages are personally returned as soon as possible by the appropriate clinician.
Yes. A consultation fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking as a holding deposit for treatments with Neen. This fee is redeemed against your treatment should you choose to proceed. Initial consultations with Dr Penny are free.
Prices are available on request. As most treatments are prescriptive and individually tailored, final costs are confirmed following consultation. We aim to remain client-considerate within a competitive marketplace.
All treatments are paid in advance at the time of booking. We accept all major card payments and, by arrangement, bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Yes. Many treatments are available as individual sessions, while others benefit from a course of treatments, often followed by a maintenance programme. Course pricing offers a modest saving and is structured around individual skin needs. Courses are generally six months.
Due to our private setting and limited weekly appointments, we operate a strict cancellation policy. Late cancellations, changes to, or failure to attend may result in a charge if the slot cannot be filled.
To protect client privacy and maintain a calm, discreet environment, we do not operate a traditional reception or waiting room. Mobile phones are not permitted in treatment areas. This ensures a quiet, uninterrupted, one-to-one experience for every client. Private parking is available.
Yes. Gift vouchers are available from £50 and may be purchased by email or phone. Vouchers are valid for six months.
Yes. Where appropriate, cosmetic procedure referrals can be arranged with trusted specialists including Mr Abbasid Detals and Mr Bijan Beigi.
